Our Chrysovalantou is the first child in Greece with Spinal Muscular Atrophy Type 1 to undergo robotic spine surgery for severe scoliosis, performed by the exceptional scientist and wonderful human being, Marios Lykissas. Today, just 18 days after the surgery, we had the stitches removed.
So many emotions—we are grateful and happy that everything went well. We thank him from the bottom of our hearts.
