Born April 18^th 1966, in Athens. Trained and specialized in spine surgery in Universities of Athens and Patras Greece, Heidelberg Germany and Saint Gallen Switzerland. With a 10-year Academic career, as teaching and supervising Ass. Professor of Orthopaedics, in Medical School, University of Patras, 60 peer-reviewed publications in Medline and numerous – more than 400 – contributions in International and Domestic symposia and hands-on seminars. Medical Consultant and Instructor for Medtronic, USA – for south-east Europe – and Alphatec Spine, USA.

All around spine surgeon, performing more than 300 surgical interventions per year for the last 25 years, and special interest in cervical spine surgery, adult deformity, spinal oncology and geriatric spine with focus on innovative techniques and emerging new technologies (AI neuro-navigating systems, robotic spine surgery).

Founding member and elected President for the year 2026 of the Hellenic Spine Society and Scientific Responsible Person for Osteocell SA, a domestic leading Musculoskeletal Tissue Establishment.
