Dr. Konstantinos Velentzas, MD, is a Pulmonologist and graduate of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He completed his specialization in Pulmonology at “Sotiria” General Hospital, one of Greece’s leading centers for respiratory diseases. During his time at “Sotiria”, he served as Head of the Pulmonary Rehabilitation Unit, providing individualized care and rehabilitation to patients suffering from chronic respiratory conditions.
Since 2012, Dr. Velentzas has been a Consultant Pulmonologist with the Pulmonology Team “Pnoi” at Metropolitan Hospital, in Athens. He has been actively involved inπe diagnosis and management of respiratory diseases such as COPD, asthma, interstitial lung diseases, lung cancer and sleep-related breathing disorders. His medical approach combines clinical excellence with a patient-centered philosophy, offering high-quality healthcare with empathy and dedication.
