The Pediatric Clinic of Metropolitan Hospital has been operating since 2000, offering specialized and comprehensive care for children from infancy through adolescence. With experienced pediatricians and highly trained staff, we care for each of our young patients with love, safety, and professionalism.

Our primary goal is the holistic care of young patients, ensuring timely diagnosis and effective treatment of pediatric conditions. From routine pediatric visits to hospitalization and specialized therapies, our aim is always the prompt, safe, and efficient management of every case. At the same time, as we recognize the importance of positive psychology, we have made sure that our facilities are specially designed to be pleasant and welcoming for children, and that they are surrounded with people who support them with compassion and sensitivity.

OUR PARTNERS: FAMILY PEDIATRICIANS

A key element in providing comprehensive and holistic care for children is our collaboration with family pediatricians. The doctors are informed upon their patients’ arrival at the Emergency Department, as well as updated daily on the condition of any hospitalized children under their care. This immediate and consistent communication with private pediatricians ensures proper follow-up after discharge and supports the child’s full recovery.

PEDIATRIC EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT

The Emergency Department is located in specially designed areas of the hospital and is ready to care for young patients 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Experienced and highly trained pediatricians assess each child’s clinical condition, inform the family pediatrician, and determine whether the child can safely return home with monitoring and treatment instructions, whether further laboratory or imaging tests are required, or whether admission for hospitalization is needed.

Laboratory Tests are conducted:

Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Imaging Tests are conducted with a referral:

Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Saturday: 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Other imaging exams are available by appointment.

Pediatric Emergency Cases are served:

08:00 AM – 3:00 PM: 4th Floor, Metropolitan Hospital

3:00 PM – 8:00 AM (next day): Building C, Ground Floor, in the specially designed area for children
