- Complete blood count, urinalysis, platelets, ESR, blood glucose, uric acid, urea, electrolytes, creatinine, cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL, LDL, SGOT, SGPT (transaminases), GGT, alkaline phosphatase, microalbuminuria, HbA1C
- Fundoscopy without dilation
- Lower limb electromyogram
- Angiology evaluation
- Physical exam & final medical report with instructions
